Ever since I started working in Inida, overseas starting with East Africa (Uganda), later in India, then in Middle East (Oman), tehreafter in Eurasia (Kazakhstan), agian in Inida and once agian in Oman, I came across with different types of Contract Conditions, Construction Disputes, Claims, MoUs, Agreements, challenges etc.. Arbitrationss. Helped my company in defending in disputes and claims, acted as the Company witness in one of the Arbitration Case involving a Consultant who raised a claim against our company. Prepared Statements of Defense, Counter Claims and Other documents those are required for the arbitration. Additionally, prepared all documents (Statements of Defense, Counter Claims and Other documents) in one arbitration with a Construction Contractor. Played an active role in teh dispute teh dispute resolution of three more construction contracts.
