Dong Yining is a partner at Dentons Law Office (Beijing). Ms. Dong possesses extensive expertise in handling complex litigation and international arbitration cases, with a practice area encompassing international arbitration, international engineering, international trade in goods, cross-border investment and M&A, and dispute resolution. Ms. Dong has repeatedly represented domestic and foreign clients in arbitration institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Court of Arbitration, London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), and Beijing Arbitration Commission in addressing international and domestic commercial and investment disputes.
In 2021, Ms. Dong was selected to join the Beijing Lawyers Association's Foreign-Related Lawyers Talent Pool. She currently serves as a member of the Commercial Arbitration Legal Professional Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association. Cases handled by Ms. Dong have been repeatedly recognized as excellent examples of foreign-related legal services by professional institutions. She was named one of the 30 Outstanding Young Lawyers at Dentons (2022) and an Excellent Dispute Resolution Lawyer at Dentons (2020, 2021).
