Thomas Woodbyrne, served as a statutory Adjudicator within the jurisdiction to award more than that of the Circuit and District Courts, in respect of property related disputes. He possesses extensive experience in providing expert commercial valuation reports, instructed by private companies and state bodies, in particular for the purpose of representing clients at Arbitration / High Court actions. He also represents in other specialist areas such as clients in financial difficulties with their bankers and clients with issues affecting their freehold interest.
