Personal bio
Mr. Tan, a lawyer by profession with special expertise in business and employment law, is a Founding Partner of Castillo Laman Tan Pantaleon & San Jose, a major law firm based in Makati City. He completed his undergraduate studies in Silliman University and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines.
