Personal bio
I have been in the Construction industry for the past 12 years, including site-based experience with contractors on EPC projects. I served as a party representative in ICC proceedings, providing analyses, evidence, and assistance to experts and counsel up to post-hearing submissions. I specialised in oil and gas (refineries, oil rigs and pipelines), offshore construction, power, petrochemical and processing plants; but also worked on projects such as airports, metro, rail, infrastructure and geothermal energy. Over the past 6 years, I have been working alongside experts instructed on behalf of employers, main contractors and subcontractors in dispute resolution fora across the globe, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation. I have been preparing analyses on the valuation of work performed, variations, costs arising from termination, change in law claims, acceleration, disruption and prolongation, often on complex, multi-billion USD disputes.
