Alan has 25 years of experience in construction and engineering. He has worked in Singapore and London as a site engineer, temporary works designer/coordinator, QA manager, auditor, structural engineer, planner, programme manager, delay analyst and expert advisor. He has worked for contractors, project managers, and client organisations at both operational and strategic levels.
