Gaurav Varma is an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India and in the past 16 years, he has successfully represented clients in several cases reported widely in law journals & print media. His core competencies include arbitrations and civil & corporate litigation relating to joint venture disputes, shareholders’ disputes, commercial contracts, government tenders, insolvency and bankruptcy, securities laws, property related disputes, consumer disputes, and prosecutions relating to money laundering and Companies Act. Besides his representations in the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court, he also regularly represents clients before National Company Law Tribunal & Appellate Tribunal, PMLA / FEMA Appellate Tribunal, Debts Recovery Tribunal & Appellate Tribunal, State & National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Securities Exchange Board of India & Securities Appellate Tribunal and Ad-hoc / Institutional Arbitrations. Gaurav has successfully represented the Central Government and Government of NCT of Delhi before the Delhi High Court in cases involving complex constitutional disputes. Gaurav is also an empanelled counsel for various Banks. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree from the prestigious National Law Institute University, Bhopal (2008), he has worked with reputed law firms, Zeus Law Associates & Vaish Associates, before forming Integricon Law Offices in 2020.
