Over 19 years’ experience in Contract administration and Commercial
Management in KSA, Egypt and UAE for Tier 1 consultants and
contractors including post and pre contract, variation & claims
management including contractual and quantum assessment, EOT,
preparing Contract documents, Arbitration, litigation, and advice on
procurement strategies in different types of projects such as hotels,
infrastructure, cultural, sports, commercial, retail, and religious.
Strong client liaison skills, project management and team leadership,
flexibility, good negotiation skills and team working. Strong analytical
skills and understanding of construction processes.
My current role for a major PMC project is “Associate Director –
Contracts” for multiple projects, at design stage, execution stage and
in close out stage.
