Result driven, qualified, resourceful, seasoned and professional Civil Engineer, holding a master degree in “Construction” from the UK. Raed is an experienced leader, manager, and a businessman with a commercial approach to solving problems, has a strong background in construction, engineering, development, management, finance, ADR and contracts law. Throughout his professional career, Raed has enjoyed a remarkable and challenging time in the private regional and Jordanian construction industry as well as the public sector. Raed has a proven track record when it comes to dispute resolution, business development, management, execution of large turnkey and fast-track multi disciplined projects involving local and international developers, consultants, and contractors. To this end Raed offers legal, technical, and business innovative solutions that demonstrates the resourcefulness and commercial business attitude and sense required to succeed. Utilizing experiences gained in his career and employing sense of Justice and fairness, Raed expanded his input in the Engineering sector and dispute resolution and acquired the necessary knowledge and certification in the form of Fellow Member at the Charter Institute of Arbitration (CIArb-UK) and participated on DAAB and Arbitration cases, both locally and regionally. His career path spans well over thirty-two years, during which Raed worked for international contractors, PMC’s, developers and co-established and successfully managed and administered his firm to becoming a recognized entity that purveys quality works. Between April 2013 to July 2015 Raed held the position of the Country Manager for Arabtec Construction Ltd. (ATC) with work volume to the tune of US$ 865 m. During his career, Raed was solicited and selected twice for the management of two high profile semi-governmental projects, the King Hussein Institute for Biotechnology and Cancer (KHIBC) and the Dead Sea Convention Centre.
