Farshad is a Delay Expert based in Perth, Australia, with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He specialises in forensic delay and disruption analysis.
Farshad is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an RICS-registered Expert Witness. He holds a Master of Construction Law, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, and a Diploma in International Arbitration.
Farshad has international dispute resolution experience in litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and mediation proceedings in the Middle East, Australia, UK and US.
