He has a proven track record in legal research, with 10 published papers in American, German, and Uzbek journals, covering areas such as criminal law, civil law, constitutional law, and anti-corruption. He has also participated in numerous international legal forums and scientific conferences, earning recognition for his outstanding contributions.
Khojiakbar has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), having worked in the ADR department. His role involves supporting arbitration proceedings, drafting legal submissions, excellent legal research, and assisting attorneys on dispute resolution strategies to achieve efficient and favorable outcomes for clients.
