Vasilis Daskagiannis is an Associate Director with Secretariat, specializing in consulting on construction projects in the areas of quantum of damages and construction management. Mr. Daskagiannis has analyzed and prepared construction claims for complex construction projects throughout the world. As a result, he has experience evaluating claims for construction costs, delay, disruption, loss of productivity, financing costs, loss of profit, as well as preparing expert reports. In addition, Mr. Daskagiannis has experience of preparing presentations for tribunals, attending hearings and assisting counsel. Mr. Daskagiannis has recently been appointed Quantum Expert on two matters in dispute relating to claims for defective works. Mr. Daskagiannis has provided services to developers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and legal advisors in relation to major capital and civil engineering projects in the private and public sectors, both internationally and in the UK.
