Personal bio
Chia-Hsin Wu is an associate in Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law. He focuses his practice on intellectual property, privacy and data protection, antitrust law, innovative technology, ESG, CSR and startups, and international arbitration. Mr. Wu graduated with an LL.M. from the National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. He has extensive experience including the litigation of patent, copyright, trademark and trade secrets, and he also has professions in international commercial arbitration, having been awarded the Membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). Mr. Wu is also a member of Taipei Bar Association.
