KAZEEM, A. Oyinwola is a seasoned solicitor, advocate, legal researcher, and writer. He holds an LL.B in Common and Islamic Law from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, and a Master’s degree in Communication and Information Technology Law from Nasarawa State University, Keffi. He is the Managing Partner of Amofin Solicitors, a distinguished law firm based in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Mr. Oyinwola is an innovative legal practitioner and an exceptional arbitrator, mediator, and negotiator. His extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), litigation, case management, and legal advisory services spans a wide range of areas, including ICT Law, Construction Law, Banking and Finance, Property Law/Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial Law, Energy Law, Human Rights, and Islamic Finance.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). Throughout his career, Mr. Oyinwola has provided legal consultation to various organizations, individual clients, and corporate entities. He is also a prolific author with numerous publications in journals and contributions to book chapters.
