Tom is a global disputes specialist operating from North American and the UAE. He acts as a legal consultant in the UAE and is a practicing lawyer in the United States, admitted to practice in all courts in Ohio, Texas, New York, and the District of Columbia, the Federal Court of Claims, United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of International Trade, among others. Tom is chairman of Benesch's (AmLaw 200 law firm) Construction, Infrastructure, and Middle East Teams and specializes in representing stakeholders on large construction and commercial matters and in hearing disputes as an arbitrator and mediator.
