Richard has over 25years’ experience exclusively in the retail and leisure property market and acts for an array of Financial Institutions, Institutional Landlords, Developers, Multiple Retailers and Leisure Operators on both acquisition and disposal of high street, shopping centre and leisure property throughout the UK. He has extensive experience in shopping centre and high street leasing, retailer led acquisitions, food and beverage market, retail development and many other sub-sectors. Richard provides strategic consultancy advice to public bodies including Local Authorities on retail and leisure sites throughout the Midlands.
