Gordon is an experienced Arbitrator, Adjudicator & Mediator with a diverse technical skillset that is ideally suited to disputes arising in the construction, engineering, environmental and scientific sectors.
He is included on the European Commission list of Arbitrators and Trade & Sustainable Development Experts, the FIDIC President’s list of Adjudicators and Mediators and the panels held by the China International Economic & Trade Arbitration Commission and the Asian International Arbitration Centre.
His experience in dispute resolution includes appointments in respect of Motorways and Bridges, Harbour Development & Marine Works, Building & Civil Engineering, Land Remediation, Solid Waste Facilities, Water Services, Electricity Markets, Manufacturing, Product Research & Development, and Procurement Disputes.
