I have practiced, primarily as counsel, in the field of international dispute resolution for about 32 years, dating from about 1990. I have been counsel in both domestic and international cases under AAA, ICC, HKIAC, CPR and UNCITRAL rules and serve both as counsel for parties in arbitrations and mediations as well as a neutral (arbitrator and mediator).
