Jay (Sang Jun) Lee has over 19 years’ experience in the construction industry and is involved with project controls and forensic delay analysis. As a Forensic Delay Analyst, he has performed many delay analyses by using various delay analysis methodologies including time slice window, time impact analysis, impacted as planned, as-planned vs as-built, etc. Jay holds both a master’s degree in Civil Engineering and an LLM for Construction Law and Arbitration, and is a member of various professional bodies. He has experience in project management, cost control, and a sound knowledge of construction works related to underpass expressway roads, tunnelling, and commercial buildings. Jay worked on a number of mega-projects in Singapore for five years, performing various roles related to planning and cost. He also participated in bids and pre-qualifications related to various projects in Singapore, Vietnam, Qatar, Myanmar, Bangladesh, and the United Arab Emirates.
