Kolapo is a lawyer at Banwo & Ighodalo, a leading legal institution in Nigeria. As a member of the Firm’s Corporate, Securities & Finance and International Trade practices, he has gained valuable experience advising a broad range of local, international and multilateral clients on various key transactions. Kolapo also advises on taxation and compliance issues affecting operation of business organisations and transactions and corporate restructuring; and his involvement in arbitration has seen him apply significant know-how and problem-solving skills to provide sustainable solutions to complex legal issues. Kolapo is an alumnus of Afe Babalola University, and is a member of the International Bar Association’s Arb40 Committee, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria. He is a contributor to various legal publications and articles on arbitration and other areas, as well as online research platforms.
