Personal bio
I am a Chartered Civil Engineer, and I carry out analysis of delay on construction and engineering projects. I have been appointed and given written evidence as an Expert in Delay on more than 10 occasions, including giving written and oral evidence as an Expert in Delay in arbitration proceedings.
