James Muruthi Kihara is the Managing Partner of Kihara & Wyne Advocates. He has represented corporate clients in complex litigation and arbitrations. Currently James is presiding in several arbitrations and is representing parties in complex arbitrations. He is a member of the Board of Directors of The Nairobi International Arbitration Centre. He has previously been Chairman of a statutory Tribunal for a period of six years.
