Personal bio
David is a multi-disciplined Planning Engineer having worked as a senior planning engineer and tender planner, on a variety of projects, across a range of sectors. David’s project experience includes the commercial building sector, water/utilities sector, petrochemical, renewable energy and nuclear. His planning experience includes tender planning and project planning on major and small projects, as well as portfolio planning and delay analysis/forensic planning. David is a graduate of the Driver Trett Minerva training programme, gaining experience in relation to construction claims working on commissions for litigation, adjudication, mediation and dispute avoidance. He has been appointed as an independent Expert Witness and has also provided support to an appointed Expert Witness. David’s contract experience includes NEC3, JCT, FIDIC and IChemE. He is also proficient in all major planning software packages including P6, Asta and MSP.
