Savada Prom leads the litigation practice at R&T Sok & Heng Law Office as a partner. Savada has over a decade of experience in handling complex commercial disputes. She is registered as an arbitrator and mediator at the National Commercial Arbitration Centre of the Kingdom of Cambodia and is also an accredited mediator by CEDR. Savada has successfully represented clients from various sectors, including banking, construction, energy, real estate, and telecommunications, in both domestic and international arbitration and mediation proceedings. She also has extensive experience in civil litigation before the Cambodian courts. Savada holds an LL.M in Trial Advocacy from American University Washington College of Law in Washington DC, USA, where she honed her skills in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Savada is fluent in English and Khmer and has a working knowledge of Thai. In 2023, she was recognized as the Notable Practitioner in Dispute Resolutions, Corporate and M&A by Asia Law.
