FCIArb since 1997. Arbitrator over 40 years since 1982 in more than 100 major, complex international treaty based arbitration cases, including a number of ICC, DIFC-LCIA and ad hoc UNCITRAL arbitration cases, involving breach of international treaties, state contracts, expropriation and other measures affecting property rights.
Counsel, legal expert, arbitrator since 2009 in over 30 cases.
Experience in resolution of disputes includes cases in oil and gas, construction, telecommunications, baking and finance, pharmaceutical, shipping and aviation industries.
