Over 20 years work experience in the built environment in public and private sectors in various capacities. • Representation in alternative dispute resolution between engineers and contractors/client in project disputes referred to the Institution of Engineers of Kenya • Projects and Contract Management & Administration including Arbitration Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) for expeditious and cost-effective disposition of contract disputes affecting the county,contractors and consultants in county infrastructure in Kenya Served as: -Dean School of Engineering & Technology(SEKU); -Head of Infrastructure Lands & Urban Development(Kitui County); -CEO-Institution of Engineers of Kenya(IEK); -Project Engineer in various Civil Engineering & Building Works. Published in several peer reviewed journals and given several public lecturers in the built environment and ADR.
