Verity represents on a wide range of planning and development needs such as those on farms (Class Q, Class R and other types of Prior Approval, as well as full applications). Verity represents on proposals for infill residential sites, rounding off, previously developed land, lawful development certificates, planning enforcement issues and projects in the commercial, business and service sector. Verity is well known for her clear reporting style, professional knowledge and constructive approach in working through complex planning issues. Verity is an RICS Accredited Evaluative Mediator with experience in dispute resolution. Verity provides a confidential, voluntary and flexible mediation service to help parties explore how disputes might be successfully resolved without a court decision or the potential time and cost implications of litigation. After being awarded the Goldstand Medal on graduation as Top Student in 2003 from the Royal Agricultural College at Cirencester, Verity went on to become the World's youngest Chartered Surveyor in 2005 and has since specialised in the planning and dispute resolution field in Cornwall, Devon and Somerset.
