Personal bio
I have been appointed as an Arbitrator on 6 occasions and written 5 arbitral awards (sole arbitrator). I have been an Advocate since 1995 and a QC (Scot) since 2009. I am a Fellow of the CIArb and a Panel member on their Professional Conduct Committee. I called to the Bar of England & Wales in March 2019. I am an Accredited Mediator and have been appointed as a Mediator via Edinburgh Sheriff Court Mediation Service on 4 occasions.
