Personal bio

I graduated with BSc in Civil Engineering in 2001 and with MSc in Construction Technology and Management in 2009. I have about 21 years of experience in civil engineering (construction) projects as Resident Engineer (initially), contract administrator, contracts and claims engineer, arbitrator (and other ADR services), researcher, etc. Currently I am working on self company (KSM Construction and Business Management Consultant) that has (1) Contracts and Claims Office; (2) Arbitration and ADR Counseling Office; (3) Procurement and Engineering Project Management Office; and other similar departments/services -residing in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
