PROFILE OF BENJAMIN KWESI ANIM Benjamin is Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over twenty five years’ experience in large infrastructure, residential and civil engineering projects in Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom and Ghana. He has worked across the public and private sectors for large construction and consultancy organisations. This diversity has provided Benjamin with a number of challenges that has helped him develop wide range of skills which include Project Management, Commercial management, Employer’s agent, and Client’s representative. As Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a trained RICS APC Assessor have successfully mentored new Chartered Quantity Surveyors for RICS Assessment of Professional Competence. Professional with a Master of Science (MSc) in Project Management and Property Development from London South Bank University. An ongoing interest in professional development led me to a further study in International Arbitration and member of the Chartered Institution of Arbitrators (CIArb). I approached each of these new opportunities with enthusiasm, integrity and intelligent application, always aware of the need to balance independent thought, leadership and collaboration. Having worked in the Saudi Arabia, UK and Ghana I have a deep insight of the built environment market also am able to compare global regions. This offers a perspective which I have been able to use to help others see alternative points of view, strengthening debate and decision making.
