Experienced and accomplished contracts manager with an excess of 20 years of experience within the
international consultancy and construction arenas, spanning North America and the Middle East. High
Rise Towers, Hotels and Heavy infrastructure projects exposure, including residential and commercial
development, airports, ports, military bases, metro stations, high-rise buildings, LRT and subway
transits. Adding values by realising time and cost-saving through extensive experience in contract
management, change management, ADR) procurement and tendering. Project experience ranging from
$ 45 billion EPC, FEED, E, EPC, and EPCM for infrastructure and hydrocarbon sectors. Provide pre and
post-award contract activities, including tender preparation, contract drafting, LOI, LOA, MOU,
MSA, SLA, NDA, RFI's, RFP, RFQ, risk allocation, KPIs analysis, bids evaluation and negotiation.
Extensive claims experience covering different Quantum, suspension, schedule impact analysis, and
EoT claims range from $1M to $ 500 M.
