Personal bio
Ms.Thi Hai Chi Nguyen has nearly 20 years of working experience in arbitration and corporate legal services. Before being a Lawyer, she had 10 years of being the Deputy Secretary General of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC). Besides, she was the General Counsel for nearly ten years, in charge of managing in-house corporate legal services and corporate management consulting for National Payment Corporation of Vietnam (NAPAS) which operates a financial switching system connecting 64 members including banks and financial companies, 40 payment intermediaries, more than 200 enterprises and service suppliers. She has in-depth knowledge and experience in arbitration, conciliation, ADR, banking and finance, commerce, international trade, corporate governance and restructure. At present, she is the Partner of TGT & Partners and Arbitrator at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
