I practiced commercial, construction, employment, and banking law for 40 years as an advocate in litigation and arbitration, and occasionally as an arbitrator. I retired and joined JAMS in 2017. Since then, I have been appointed as arbitrator or mediator at least 80 times, in construction, commercial insurance, employment, consumer, and commercial disputes.
