Personal bio
I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, also recently elected to the Fellowship of the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of New Zealand and to the Fellowship of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and have 24 years of experience in the fields of insurance and reinsurance. I have had previous ADR experience as party representative in both insurance claims and contractual disputes. I am actively seeking appointments as an independent expert or as an arbitrator in international commercial disputes especially the ones relating to (re)insurance, finance and general commercial disputes.
