Personal bio
Lombe is an Advocate of the Supreme and High Court of Zambia and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Master of Laws Degree in Corporate and Commercial Law. He has more than 18 years of progressive legal experience in particular in Corporate and Commercial Law in both law firm setting and as in-house Counsel. His expertise includes Commercial Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Stock Exchange Listings,International Arbitration, Mining Law, Contract Negotiations,Commercial Litigation, Conveyancing and liaison with various Governmental Department and Regulators. Lombe also has an interest in Sports Law and serves on the Football Association of Zambia heading Governance as well as being the FIFA Integrity Officer for Zambia and as member of Legal and Statutes Committee of the Council of Southern African Football Associations.
