Areas of Expertise: Legal and contractual matters related to Construction, Infrastructure, Utilities and Energy. Deep expertise resulting from a 35 years career as corporate legal manager in world leader groups in different industries. His experience included structuring complex transactions (PPP, Privatisation, Concessions, Project Finance, Joint Venture), negotiating related contracts (BOT, EPC, Turnkey, O&M, Concessions,Sale & Purchase, Supply, Subcontracts...), Contract management, Financing, Guarantees), handling Claims and Dispute resolution. Currently acting as arbitrator specialised in civil works and Energy. Lecturer in Environemnt and Energy Law (La Sorbonne Law School, Paris Nanterre University) and Legal Consultant in construction and Energy matters.
