Fajin Mei is a male lawyer born in March 1969. He holds the distinction of being a third-level lawyer and holds a master's degree in law from Zhejiang University. He obtained his lawyer's license in March 2001 and founded Zhejiang Fajin Law Firm in August 2008, where he also serves as the Director of the Institute. Fajin Mei pursued further education by studying at Case Western Reserve University in the United States from September 2019 to July 2020. With over two decades of legal experience, Fajin Mei has successfully handled numerous domestic and foreign-related cases. He has provided legal consultancy services to both domestic and foreign-invested enterprises and has been involved in various foreign-related civil and criminal cases. His expertise encompasses corporate legal counsel, civil and commercial litigation, international trade, and border dispute settlement. Fajin Mei's dedication to professional growth is evident through his participation in various legal training programs. In June 2022, he attended the first phase of foreign-related lawyer training organized by Zhejiang Province. In 2022, he engaged in "Foreign-related rule of law series" and "International Evidence Law" courses taught by Mr. Philip Yang Liang-Yee of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, achieving excellent results in the exams. Additionally, Fajin Mei took part in the "Eagle-type" lawyer training for leading foreign-related lawyers in the province, organized by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Justice in November 2022. At present, Attorney Fajin Mei holds significant positions within the legal community, including Chief Legal Consultant Expert of the Jiaojiang District Law Society in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. He also serves as the Deputy Director of the International Trade and Maritime Affairs Committee of the Taizhou Lawyers Association. Fajin Mei is an integral member of the Taizhou Foreign-related Commercial Legal Service Lawyers Group and the Taizhou Foreign-related Commercial Legal Service Expert Think Tank.
