Personal bio
Gill Mansfield FCIArb is a full-time commercial mediator and dispute resolver. She is a CEDR accredited mediator (London 2006) and a US approved mediator (New York 2015) who has successfully mediated disputes on both sides of the Atlantic and is regularly instructed in international cases.
She is a member of the mediator panels at IPOS, CEDR and CIArb in London, WIPO in Geneva and a member of the Panel of Distinguished Neutrals at the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) in New York. A barrister by background, she spent her legal career in Head of Legal and General Counsel roles across the media & entertainment, online, digital and tech sectors.
She specialises in resolving complex business disputes with particular expertise in commercial contracts, intellectual property, media & entertainment, IT, digital & technology, telecoms, company / shareholder / director disputes, and disputes in the retail and hospitality sectors.
Gill is a Committee Member and current Vice Chair of the London Branch of the CIArb, a Fellow both the CIArb and of the Civil Mediation Council. She is also a board advisor to a company in the tech-for-good space and an independent non-executive director and Board member for PRS for Music and a member of the PRS for Music Members Council.
