Personal bio
I specialize in complex corporate, commercial and insurance related disputes. I frequently act for insurers, reinsurers, brokers and insureds in a wide variety of insurance related disputes which include coverage, defence, recovery and regulatory related matters across all lines. I also maintain an active arbitration practice and act in a wide range of institutional and ad hoc arbitrations, as well as in arbitration-related applications before the Singapore courts. I have been recognised by Asian Legal Business as one of Singapore Rising Stars and by Singapore Business Review as one of Singapore’s most influential lawyers under 40 for 2023. I am also co-author of the Singapore chapter of Chambers Global Practice Guide: Insurance Litigation 2022, as well as Lexis Nexis’ Annotated Laws of Singapore collection for the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 and the Misrepresentation Act 1967.
