Martin practices as a construction project manager and an alternative dispute resolution [ADR] practitioner. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management [Hons.] from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology and an Advance Certificate in Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators [London]. With over twelve years’ experience in the built industry, he has specialized in construction management, project management, cost engineering, contract management, arbitration and construction adjudication. He has experience working on projects in Kenya, Ethiopia and Somalia for individuals, corporate bodies, government institutions and international organizations. He has in the recent past been involved in the Government of Kenya Affordable Housing project structuring housing projects that shall deliver over 50,000 units. His expansive knowledge in contract administration for international projects makes him a focal point for clients wishing to work on construction projects within the Eastern Africa region.
