I have been working as Contract and/or Claims Manager for over 30 years for several companies in 7 different countries (Belgium, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Ecuador, Egypt and Abu Dhabi), dealing with Claims mediation and resolution on a regular basis. My construction specialities are Railway, Metro and light rail constructions as well as geotechnical works for the Project Management, Clients and Contractors. Most iconic project are the Etihad Rail Project Stage 2 & 3 in United Arab Emirates, Hahnhikivi Nuclear Power Plant Finland, Tramway of Cuenca Ecuador, Lusail LRT lines in Doha Qatar, the SAR Railway lines CTW 120, CTW 320, CTW 130 and CTW 140 in Saudi Arabia, Metro Line 9 of Madrid and HSR works in Belgium. Most relevant job activities are: Claim assessment, Claim evaluation & quantification, Claim substantiation evaluation based on Cost control and Delay analysis, Claim negotiation for Arbitration or ADR, Client Determinations and expertise claims redaction.
