Oliver is a commercial mediator and specialises in disputes between companies or business partners (B2B). Having successfully negotiated numerous complex business disputes as a party to the conflict, he is very familiar with the parties' perspective, motivation and pressures in such situations. In his mediations, Oliver pursues an interest-, negotiation- and solution-based approach with a combination of joint sessions with the parties and private sessions (shuttle mediation). Depending on the case and the preference of the parties, mediations can also be conducted in an online or hybrid format. Mediations can be conducted in English or German. Oliver is a CEDR Accredited Mediator (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, UK / London) and a Certified Mediator under the German Mediation Law. Furthermore, Oliver is recognised as a conciliation office (“Gütestelle”) by the German state. Professional Background: Prior to establishing his dispute resolution practice, Oliver worked as a member of the centre management team and Director Procurement for an international EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) company. Earlier he held various management positions with responsibility for contract & claim management, project management and supply chain management.
