Personal bio
Jeff is an accredited ADR practitioner (project neutral/arbitrator) with more than 15 year of experience and has issued hundreds of binding and nonbinding opinions and awards. Jeff is also a seasoned construction claims consultant and a forensic expert witness and serves developers, governments, contractors, law firms and design professionals. and is a former member of the board of directors of the ADR Institute of Alberta. Additionally, Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the heavy civil, industrial and buildings sectors. The majority of Jeff’s experience is in large scale government infrastructure projects and he is well versed in AFP/P3 and design-build project delivery models. He has substantial experience with drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements, design subcontracts, prime contracts and subcontracts.
