Personal bio

Eugene has been a lawyer for over 20 years, first as a litigation solicitor with the international law firm Baker & McKenzie and now as a barrister/counsel based in Hong Kong. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, contractual and transactional disputes, corporate insolvencies and restructuring cases, shareholder disputes, private equity cases, and contentious probate and wills disputes. Apart from being a qualified barrister in Hong Kong, Eugene also qualified as a solicitor in New South Wales (Australia) and England & Wales.
