Shobana is a practicing barrister with over 20 years of broad commercial and corporate experience. She specialises in complex commercial cases frequently involving issues in corporate, intellectual property (IP), and technology (including AI and blockchain). She has experience in a variety of industry sectors including renewable energy and climate-related disputes, financial, retail, sports, creative (including games, film & TV), arts and TMT (technology, media and telecommunications). Shobana sits on various advisory boards and professional committees, including the CIArb London Committee.
