Dušan Arbanovski is a Civil Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the entire project management life cycle, starting from bid preparation, design phase, project execution, completion and discharge. From the outset of his career, he was involved in big scale infrastructure projects contracted in accordance with the FIDIC and other recognised standard conditions of the Contract. Dušan Arbanovski also holds LLM (Master of Laws) in Construction Law and Arbitration at Robert Gordon University (UK) and has a full understanding of various Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) rules and techniques, including Dispute Board resolution mechanisms under FIDIC. He has proven accomplishment being FIDIC Certified Adjudicator, admitted as Fellow by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and certified as Chartered Quantity Surveyor by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Dušan Arbanovski is also listed under ACES (Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia) Pro list of adjudicators and experts and admitted as UKA (UK Adjudicators) Dispute Board Member. Acting as lead counsel, forensic delay analyst and/or quantum expert, in numerous disputes before Dispute Boards and/or Arbitration Tribunals, Dušan Arbanovski gained valuable practical experience in a considerable diversity of matters and issues arising in different construction contracts and governing laws.
