Kim has been a professional Engineer involved in the planning, design and construction of different scales and types of building projects from public to private sectors of various trades majorly in Hong Kong over 15 years. Kim’s extensive design and site supervision experience has developed him a mindset on the attention to practicality between design and construction, which ensures the projects can be undergone smoothly in a timely, practical and economical manner meeting the Client’s needs. His insightful views on statutory and contractual requirements/ administration procedures and construction sequences have enabled him to think ahead for various stages throughout the project period. He is also experienced in collaboration with different professionals amongst the industries and liaison with Government authorities for large scale multi-disciplinary projects and providing opinions for disputes related to construction.
