Joyce is a dispute resolution lawyer based in Hong Kong. She is currently an Associate at Howse Williams.

Joyce has a broad civil and commercial practice, with particular experience in boardroom, shareholder and joint venture disputes, business torts, contractual disputes, debt recovery, fraud, injunctions, insolvency and enforcement proceedings. She also assists with shipping and international trade disputes.

Joyce has acted for international and domestic corporations, financial institutions and high net-worth individuals in Hong Kong court proceedings and international arbitration. She has represented clients in arbitrations under various institutional rules (including HKIAC, LCIA, SIAC, ICC and ICDR rules) as well as ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL and LMAA rules.

She also has experience advising clients on investigations conducted by regulatory and enforcement authorities including the Securities and Futures Commission, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and Independent Commission Against Corruption.

Joyce obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong. She also holds a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law from King’s College London. She is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong.
