Aytac specializes in both pre-award and post-award contract administration, with a keen focus on technical, commercial, planning, and legal dimensions. He excels in contract drafting, negotiations, claims and variations management, contractual correspondence, financial management and dispute resolution methods. His expertise encompasses EPC and FIDIC-based contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements, licensing agreements, JV and consortium agreements, and service agreements. Aytac brings significant experience from major construction projects all over the world and full-time work experiences across Turkey, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.
