In the past 3 years in my role as a Senior Commercial Manager I have been involved 5 adjudications dealing with complex disputes over claims for an extension of time, final account, repudiation, loss and expense and counterclaims. I am also actively involved in mentoring our commercial team to prioritise dispute avoidance on a number of ongoing projects. Including working closely with Clients and Main Contractors and our Subcontractors to find solutions by negotiation. We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of large (£10 million plus) bespoke external facade and curtain wall projects all over the world and my role is principally in the UK market. A good example of the many projects I have personally managed is the new Tottenham Hotspur Football Stadium.
